Eating
with Franco
We pride
ourselves for the high standard of food and service. Our aim is to provide
traditional home cooking with an excellent choice of menu - all enjoyed
in a comfortable atmosphere. Here are a choice of dishes we can prepare:-
Starters
- Farmhouse
pate - served with salad garnish and warm toast and butter.
- Prawn
cocktail (an old favourite!) - prawns resting on crispy leaf salad topped
with a tangy seafood sauce, served with brown bread and butter.
- Breaded
mushrooms - deep fried mushrooms in golden crumbs served with a salad
garnish and a choice of dips.
- Freshly
made soup - choose from mixed vegetable, tomato, leek and potato, chicken
and mushroom, celery and finally oxtail. All served piping hot with
a freshly baked roll and butter.
