Payment/Prepayment terms
 
Please note that a deposit to the value of your first night stay will be taken from your payment card after booking.
 
 
Check In and Check out times
 
Check-in time is between 14:00 and 22:30 on your day of arrival.
Check-out time on your day of departure is 11:00 am
 
Cancellation Policy
 
If your booking is cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund for that booking.
If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date you will be charged for the first night of your stay
Should you cancel within 1 hour of the earliest check-in date then you will be charged 100% of the total cost of your stay
 
 
Party Booking terms
 
The Kirkstall Hotel is aimed purely at couples and families. Therefore we DO NOT accept any same sex party groups (Stags/Hens etc) and reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice should this condition be breached
 
 
Pets
 
Sorry, no pets are permitted
 
 
Smoking
 
We have a no smoking policy throughout our property.
Please ask a member of staff for the location of the permitted areas for smoking if required.

Minimum stay is 2 nights
I night charge will be taken at time of booking
